"Art and Breakfast" is an art apartment,
just restored with an original touch, located a few steps away
from S.
John in Lateran’s, one of the four patriarchal
basilicas in Rome (the other ones are: S. Peter’s, S. Paul’s
and Santa Maria Maggiore).
From here, the major historical and artistic sites in the centre
of Rome are easily reachable even at foot (the Coliseum for example
with a ca. 20 minutes walk), or alternatively.
For the “laziest” ones,
in a few minutes with a bus: in particular, the subway/underground
(line A) stop “Re di Roma” is very near the house.
The line A underground reach
in few minutes the Central Termini Railways Station, Piazza
di Spagna Station and Ottaviano Station near San Pietro
and Vatican City.
The apartment has an independent door in a quiet lateral street,
a few mwters away from via Appia, a shopping area very popular
among Romans.
The apartment can host up to 6 guests and features
a fully equipped mini-kitchen, fridge, air conditioning and heating
system, TV-SAT, Hi-FI system and a wide range of CDs
and videotapes.
